Meet The CEO
Peter Ballantine has owned, operated and built restaurants throughout his career. He got his start in the restaurant business at age 15 as a dishwasher and has served in nearly every restaurant position since. He has owned and operated restaurants across the greater Central PA area. In 2014, he saw a great opportunity for a commercial kitchen company that focused on more than just equipment maintenance. It’s that opportunity that inspired him to purchase the company in 2014.
